If you email us, we receive the address and content you choose to send. We use it to respond, correct content and manage legitimate business enquiries.
Practice-test data
The practice app stores progress, settings and mistake history in your browser’s local storage. This information normally remains on your device unless a future feature explicitly tells you otherwise.
Anonymous website analytics
If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” We may then measure page paths, language groups, reading progress and interactions such as practice starts, downloads and outbound links. We do not send practice answers, search text, contact-message content or arbitrary URL parameters. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected, and advertising consent remains denied by this analytics control.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalised or non-personalised.
Consent in regulated regions
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use or intend to use a Google-certified consent management message configured through Google’s advertising tools.
Third-party links
Articles link to police, JAF, universities, driving schools and other resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Technical information and server logs
Like most websites, the hosting provider and security systems may process technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, date, response status and basic device information. These records help deliver pages, diagnose faults, prevent abuse and understand aggregate traffic. We do not use the practice app to ask for a name, account or driving-licence number.
Local browser storage
Practice progress, language, theme, answered questions, mistake history and similar preferences may be saved in local storage on the device. This allows the app to remember progress without creating an account. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing browsers or reinstalling a web app can remove that information. Current progress is not designed to synchronise automatically between devices.
Advertising and measurement partners
Google advertising technology may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics and related information for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. The exact behaviour depends on region, consent choices, browser settings and Google configuration. Where a privacy-options control is required, visitors can use it to review available choices.
Data retention and security
Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, corrections, record keeping or legitimate business purposes. Hosting and advertising providers apply their own retention schedules. We use HTTPS and restrict unnecessary browser capabilities, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Do not send identity documents or confidential case files by ordinary email.
Children and international visitors
The service is intended for people learning about driving and licensing, not specifically for children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Because the website can be accessed internationally, information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to their policies and applicable safeguards.
Policy updates
This policy may change when the website, advertising configuration, analytics tools or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a material revision is published. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy, while region-specific consent choices remain available where required.
